It’s the Detroit Red Wings taking on the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Stanley Cup Finals.  Sound familiar?  The NHL is treating us to a rematch of last year’s finals.  The teams are the same, but will the results be different?

The first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs began Wednesday in the NHL.

There have been few surprises so far apart from Anaheim taking the first game against the #1 seed San Jose.  Even so, most NHL fans are expecting the west to come down to the Sharks and Red Wings, with the victors taking on the Bruins in the east.
