BCS National ChampionshipThe Alabama Crimson Tide have won the BCS National Championship with a 37-21 defeat of the Texas Longhorns.  This is the Crimson Tide’s first national title since 1992.

Alabama’s defense was the story as they knocked out Texas quarterback Colt McCoy in the first quarter, scored a defensive touchdown right before the half, and forced a fumble late in the game to seal their victory.
