Monday Night Football Poll – Ravens vs. Packers

December 7, 2009 | BY Lori

Green Bay PackersThe 6-5 Baltimore Ravens head to Lambeau Field to take on the 7-4 Green Bay Packers in this week’s Monday Night Football.  Both of these teams are battling for a wild-card spot in the playoffs and need to finish strong in December.

The Packers are going for a fourth straight victory and are counting on the defense to continue its outstanding play.  Green Bay’s defense has only allowed an NFL-low 281.5 yards per game this season.

The Ravens’ defense has also been strong, allowing an average of 11.6 points scored by their opponents in the month of November.  Baltimore will surely be looking to defensive star Ray Lewis and rising offensive star Ray Rice to lead the team to victory.

Spencer (10-3), David (7-6), and I (11-2) are in agreement this week, saying this will be a close one but the Packers will come out with the win. Chase (8-5) is picking the Ravens for the victory.  Take our poll and tell us who you think will win.

Finish up your Christmas shopping with some Green Bay Packers merchandise and Baltimore Ravens merchandise for the sports fans on your list.  Green Bay Packers watches and Green Bay Packers jewelry also make great gifts.  You can choose Baltimore Ravens watches and Baltimore Ravens jewelry to put under the tree too.
